For years, ESU Inc has been the go-to electrical supply partner for San Diego electricians and homeowners alike, helping them source high-quality panelboards, breakers, fuses, and transformers. Whether you’re upgrading a residential service or equipping a commercial site, ESU Inc keeps a wide inventory to support your project. In particular, when someone asks for a JJN 200 fuse, we know exactly what you’re referring to—a fast-acting, current-limiting fuse used in heavy-duty protection systems. Our San Diego customers rely on us for that kind of expertise and supply reliability.

When it comes to fuses, ESU Inc understands that not all are created equal. The designation JJN 200 refers to the Bussmann JJN-200 Class T fuse—a very fast-acting, current-limiting fuse with a 200-amp rating. It is designed for high fault current protection in industrial and commercial electrical systems. This fuse has a maximum AC voltage rating of 300 V and a DC voltage rating of 160 V, with an impressive interrupt rating of 200 kA at 300 VAC and 20 kA at 160 VDC. Its compact, bolt-on design (7/8-inch diameter and 2-7/16-inch length) makes it ideal for tight spaces where dependable protection is critical.

In practical terms, ESU Inc helps you determine when to use a JJN 200 versus other JJN-series fuses. The JJN line includes a wide range of ampere ratings—from 1 A up to 1200 A—all in the same family of fast-acting, current-limiting Class T fuses. If your San Diego project calls for 200 A protection on a variable frequency drive, inverter, or heavy load circuit, the JJN 200 is often the right choice. For other applications, different ratings such as JJN-150, JJN-225, or higher may be used. By working with ESU Inc, you can count on expert guidance to find the right fuse, breaker, or transformer to maximize performance, safety, and reliability on your next electrical project.
